In line with directives issued by the Lagos State APC leadership and the Ikorodu Divisional Apex Leader, Prince Abiodun Ogunleye, a “High Powered Reconciliation Committee” led by Oloye Oye Solebo has convened a second segment of reconciliation meeting for the aspirants contesting for councillorship position across Ikorodu LGA geopolitical wards today, May 29, 2025, at the APC Party Secretariat in Ikorodu.
The committee comprised prominent leaders, including Honorable Rotimi Ogunleye, Honorable Prince Lanre Balogun, Dcns. Wonuola Aderibigbe Oshinowo, Hon. Prince Waheed Oladimeji Animashaun, along with other distinguished political leaders.
This meeting’s primary objective was to promote unity in preparation for the forthcoming elections.
Prince Adedayo Ladega communicated the imperative of securing votes for prospects, stating, “It is about 2027 and not merely about the impending local government election.”
Additionally, Mr. Babawale Bisiriyu Alogba emphasized the necessity for a renewed beginning as they anticipate advancements following the current local government chairman’s tenure.
After addressing various grievances, Oloye Oye Solebo urged aspirants and Ward chairpersons to collaborate to achieve favourable outcomes.
