On Monday, 15th September 2025, during an inspection visit to the completed road construction projects at Lowa and Jaladugbo in Ikorodu Local Government, I had the distinct privilege of joining Distinguished Senator Mukhail Tokunbo Abiru, Senator representing Lagos East, to assess the completion of these vital infrastructure developments.
As part of this visit, we had the honour of paying homage to the 92-year-old revered leader, Alhaji Jamiu Folorunsho Alogba, the Baale of Lowa. Alh. Alogba’s leadership and wisdom have long been a steady guide for the people of both Lowa and Ikorodu, and he holds a deeply cherished place in my heart. His unwavering commitment to the welfare of Ikorodu continues to inspire us, and his words of blessing remain a constant source of strength and encouragement.
In a world that is constantly evolving, Pa Alogba’s enduring wisdom and presence provide us with a firm foundation on which we will continue to build, not only for Lowa and Ikorodu but for generations to come.
May Alh. J. F Alogba continue to be blessed with long life, good health, and divine wisdom.
