The ABAT-2 Million Farmers Association, as a support group for the All Progressives Congress (APC), hereby endorses His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) for the presidential election in 2027.
The endorsement was announced during the association’s annual three-year anniversary lecture held at the Island Club in Lagos on Monday, September 29, 2025.
This endorsement is the culmination of two years of deliberate observation and close monitoring of President Tinubu’s agricultural business investment policies, their reforms, and implementations.
The association has concluded that His Excellency’s candidacy for a second term (2027 to 2031) is essential and divinely ordained for the distribution of greater “dividends of democracy” under the “Renewed Hope Agenda” of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu across all sectors of the economy.
The agricultural revolution initiated in Nigeria under his leadership has exceeded the expectations of the citizenry, reminiscent of the achievements during the era of the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo and the Western Regional Government.
The agricultural reforms and implementations promise significant contributions to Nigeria’s future, including:
- Continuous and abundant food production and sustainable food system value chains in Nigeria.
- The generation of numerous job opportunities for individuals of all ages and genders through engagement in agricultural value chains.
- Ongoing and substantial provision of industrial raw materials to support and sustain various agro-allied processing industries within Nigeria.
- Continuous and progressive growth in gross domestic product (GDP) and income, which will enhance foreign exchange through exports and stabilize the exchange rate with major global currencies.
The association remains steadfast in its prayers for the successful and victorious political journey of His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, aiming to elevate Nigeria to globally recognized standards of economic development and ensure a better, rewarding future for all citizens.
