Today, Nigerians celebrate the great nation’s resilience, diversity and unbroken spirit over the past 65 years. As they mark this milestone, Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, MHR, Ikorodu Federal Constituency’s Representative join all Nigerians in saluting the sacrifices of the heroes past and the commitment of citizens who continue to keep the Nigerian dream alive.
On this note, Hon. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, MHR, Member Federal House of Representatives, Representing the Ikorodu Federal Constituency and the Chairman of Nigeria Armed Forces on Defence has extended his warm felicitations to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR; the National Assembly; the Judiciary; the Armed Forces, and indeed all Nigerians at home and in the diaspora who continue to carry the torch of our nation with resilience and hope.
Under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, Nigeria is undergoing bold reforms to stabilise the economy and lay the foundation for lasting prosperity.
Says, through the Renewed Hope Agenda, the Nigerians have seen the deliberate efforts of Mr. President towards boosting food security, expand energy, empower youths and women, strengthen social welfare and enhance national security. These are tough but necessary steps towards a Nigeria where peace, opportunity and prosperity are guaranteed for all.
Speaking, Rep. Benson said, “For me, this day is also a reminder of my duty to the good people of Ikorodu Federal Constituency”.— Together, we have made notable strides in infrastructure, education, healthcare and youth empowerment – and by God’s grace, we will achieve even more in the years ahead.
“My pledge remains to continue giving my best in service, ensuring that Ikorodu stands tall in the Nigerian project”.
At this defining moment, let us set aside ethnic and religious divides and strengthen the bonds that unite us. The progress of Nigeria depends on our unity, patriotism and collective resolve to build a nation where peace and opportunity thrive.
