The Office of the National Coordinator and BOT Chairman of the ABAT 2-Million Farmers Association, Apostle Farmer Hon. Victor Olusegun Odunsi, extends a heartfelt salute to the distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, legislator for the Lagos East Senatorial District, on his official visit to the office of Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, the CBN Governor, accompanied by His Excellency Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, to discuss comprehensive banking sector reforms on October 1, 2025.
This heartfelt message was delivered on Friday, October 3, 2025, at his office located on the farm resettlement axis in Odongunyan, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria.
In an interview, Apostle Farmer Victor Odunsi stated that discussions on banking sector reforms will also help shape agricultural business investment and development financing at single-digit interest rates, ensuring that smallholder farmers can operate their farming businesses profitably.

The ABAT-2-Million Farmers Association has affirmed its commitment to mobilize 2 million farmers and electorates in Lagos State in support of the second-term agenda of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR)—“PBAT-2027”—as well as other All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates in Lagos State. The association aims to contribute toward achieving a nationwide target of 20 million votes across Nigeria.
In this regard, the Office of the National Coordinator and BOT Chairman, the former First Bank Agricultural Business Investments Development Manager, Farmer Consultant, Technocratic Politician, and the entire ABAT 2-Million Farmers Association commend the distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, the Lagos East Senatorial District legislator at the federal level.
