The ABAT-2Million Farmers Association, under the National Coordination of BOT Chairman Apostle Farmer Hon. Victor Olusegun Odunsi, has urged the Local Farmers Association in Lagos State, encompassing 57 local government and local council development areas, to key into President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda initiative to mobilise further for the 2 million farmers in preparation for the 2027 presidential, state, House of Assemblies, federal representatives, and senatorial elections.
This initiative involved both experienced and new farmers in Lagos State to enhance economic food production and reduce food prices nationwide.
Apostle Farmer Hon. Odunsi has proposed a seminar in each LGA & LCDA, to be coordinated by their respective coordinators.
In this regard, all new and existing farmers across the 57 Local Government Areas (LGAs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) of Lagos State are encouraged to collaborate for the sustainable growth of their members.
This collaboration aims to prepare for farmers’ meetings at the grassroots level within their respective jurisdictions.
Kindly make an effort to invite any interested individuals in your various communities to actively participate.
According to the national coordinator of BOT, Chairman Apostle Farmer Hon. Victor Olusegun Odunsi, special awards will be presented to the first- through third-place LGA and LCDA coordinators with the highest membership figures.
