On September 29, 2025, Honourable Victor Olusegun Odunsi, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the ABAT-2-Million Farmers Association, publicly endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (PBAT) for a second term at the Lagos Island Club in Nigeria.
This significant event was attended by distinguished individuals, including Mrs O.O.T. Benson, who received the “Emilokan Elofokanbale Awards of Excellence” on behalf of President Tinubu.
The gathering commemorated the third anniversary of the APC-Party Support Farming and Political Group, which is dedicated to mobilising voters for the forthcoming elections.
A prominent academician, Dr. Olaiwole Onasanya, delivered a lecture titled “Agriculture as the Engine Room for Economic and National Development in Nigeria,” which was attended by over 1,500 farmers and members of the APC representing nearly 57 Local Government Areas (LGAs) and Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs) within Lagos State.
