Here are the Eligibility for the Continuous Voter Registration Instructions as follows:

1. Must be a citizen of Nigeria who is resident in the country.

2. Must have attained the age of 18 years, on or before the registration day;

3. Is 18 years or above and could not register during the previous registration exercises;

4. Is resident, works in, or originates from the LGA/Area Council or RA/Ward covered by the Registration Area Centre;

5. Must not be subject to any legal incapacity to vote under any law, rule or regulation in force in Nigeria;

6. Must present himself/herself to the Registration Officials for registration and is able to provide proof of identity, age and nationality, if requested;

7. Has PVC  but his /her name is not on the Register of Voters.

8. Has had any problem with accreditation in any previous election.
