In the southwest region, a consortium of stakeholders convened to address the imperative matter of community security. The gathering, facilitated by the “Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Center (CISLAC)” with support from the “Open Society Foundation (OSF)”, aimed to orientate participants on the Early Warning and Early Response network system to fortify community security Architecture Dialogue.

Bringing together representatives from various communities, local authorities, security agencies, and civil society organizations, the forum provided an opportunity to exchange insights and experiences. Discussions underscored the pivotal role of proactive measures in forestalling conflicts and addressing security complexities.

CISLAC underscored the significance of early warning systems in identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities to community security. Notable deliberations centred on community-based intelligence gathering and the pivotal role of swift response mechanisms in preempting crises.

Throughout the engagement, a palpable sense of unity and shared dedication to cultivating a secure environment for southwest communities was evident. As the forum drew to a close, participants resolved to apply the strategies and insights gleaned from the orientation, laying the groundwork for more resilient and secure communities.
