In a newly released update by the organisers of the prestigious GLOWFUX Charity Concert, new details have emerged about the 2025 edition, which promises to be an extraordinary fusion of entertainment, inspiration, and acts of kindness.
Organised by Fanafillit Integrated Concepts, the concert, themed “Embracing Humanity, Enriching Lives,” will hold on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the National Museum, Onikan, Lagos, featuring a powerful mix of celebrated personalities, creative talents, and humanitarian champions.
Among this year’s honourees is High Chief (Dr.) Adebola Akindele, Group Managing Director of Courteville Business Solutions Plc, who has been named GLOWFUX Man of the Year 2025, and HRM Olori Amb. (Dr) Omolara Fashola-MacGregor (FnbR, FITPN, FCIML), the GLOWFUX Woman of the Year 2025.
The Dream Nurture Foundation, parent organisation of Dream Catchers Academy, will receive the GLOWFUX NGO of the Year 2025 award for its relentless dedication to transforming the lives of children through creative education.
Glo Mobile Nigeria and SIFAX Group have been nominated for the GLOWFUX Socially Responsible Organisation of the Year Award, with the final winner to be announced soon.
The event will also be graced by dance legend Yeni Kuti and veteran actor Barrister Tunji Bamishigbin, who will serve as Mother and Father of the Day, respectively. Guests will also be treated to an inspiring Keynote Address by Rotarian Lanre Adedoyin, District Governor of Rotary International District 9112, as he speaks on “Embracing Humanity, Enriching Lives.”
From the stage, audiences will experience a soul-stirring blend of performances from Feranmi Golden Angel, Temilayo Abodunrin, Makayla, Dom Sax, Hilary Jackson and Dance Group, Chief Adigun Olowe, Seyi Sax, and Akorede (Akorede Bobo) — all orchestrated under the lively rhythm of DJ MAPS Productions and hosted by Coyman CFR and MC Luwy.
According to the project’s initiator, Mr. Olubode Mac Oserinde, “Every edition of GLOWFUX reminds us that giving is the heartbeat of humanity. This year’s edition will highlight both the champions of compassion and the young talents who embody the future of hope.”
A major highlight of this year’s programme is the introduction of an all-day GLOWFUX Carpet Session, running from 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., allowing every guest to be featured regardless of their arrival time. The experience will be hosted by popular kid TV anchor Tony Iji and EAS TV’s Lizzy Oluwatomisin, who will engage attendees in interviews, selfies, and fun activities.
Fifteen organised needy homes from across Lagos State will be hosted as VIP beneficiaries. Attendance is free, but all guests are expected to come with gift items for the homes. Complimentary food, drinks, and entertainment await every participant.
