The recent appointment of Chief (Mrs) Dcns. Busola Elizabeth Isikalu as the Iya’Oloja General of the Ikorodu Division, a prominent area in Lagos State, is significant.

The formal presentation of her official certification took place on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at the Musical Village situated on Awolowo Way, Oke-Ota Ona, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria.

This momentous occasion was attended by distinguished guests, including Chief (Mrs) Folashade Ojo Tinubu, the Iya’Oloja General of Africa and daughter of His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria.

The event also witnessed the presence of various royal dignitaries from the Ikorodu Division, including His Royal Majesty, HRM Oba (Engr.) Kabiru Adewale Shotobi, the paramount ruler of the Ikorodu Division.

The ceremony was enhanced by royal blessings from His Royal Majesty, Oba Ajibade Bakare Agoro, FCA, the Oba Ranodu of Imota, who affirmed the support of the royalties present.
