I present this manifesto as a commitment to delivering sustainable development, inclusive governance, and transformative leadership for the people of Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA.
Key Areas of Focus:
1. Education and Youth Development
Rehabilitation of Schools: Renovate and equip public primary and secondary schools with modern facilities such as libraries, laboratories, and computers to create a conducive learning environment.
Scholarship and Skill Acquisition: Introduce scholarship programs for exceptional students and establish skill acquisition centres to empower youth with vocational and technical training.
Tech Empowerment: Establish ICT hubs and coding schools to prepare youth for opportunities in the digital economy.
Sports and Talent Development: Invest in sports facilities, organize annual inter-school sports competitions, and create programs to nurture talents in arts, music, and technology.
2. Healthcare and Social Welfare
Primary Healthcare Centers: Upgrade healthcare facilities, ensuring free maternal and child healthcare services, access to essential drugs, and the availability of qualified personnel.
Health Insurance: Provide affordable health insurance schemes to reduce the financial burden on residents.
Elderly and Disability Care: Establish community care programs for the elderly and people with disabilities.
Sanitation: Enforce environmental sanitation laws and promote waste recycling programs to improve public health.
3. Infrastructure and Urban Development

Market Development: Construct modern and hygienic markets with adequate security and infrastructure.

Sports Development: Establish modern sports facilities, recreational centres, and youth academies to identify and groom talents in various sports.

Community Policing: Re-energized and give total support to the JTF established by the administration of Builder Daini’s administration, and other security agencies to deploy surveillance technologies.
Citizen Engagement: Set up security committees for active resident participation in ensuring safety.
Drug Abuse Awareness: Launch campaigns to tackle drug abuse, especially among the youth.
7. Technology and Digital Transformation
E-Governance: Digitize local government services for efficiency, including Levy payments, permits, and licenses.
Community Wi-Fi: Provide free or subsidized internet access in public spaces.
Digital Literacy Programs: Train citizens on basic digital skills to foster inclusion in the digital economy.
