The iCare Foundation, under the leadership of Director General Mayor Muyideen Sanwoola and spearheaded by Honourable Babajimi Adegoke Benson, MHR, Member of the House of Representatives for Ikorodu Federal Constituency and Chairman of the House Committee on Defence, along with his wife, Princess Adejumoke Benson, has distributed over five hundred (500) APO-ANU/MERCY BAGS from the iCare FoodBank.
This initiative was made possible through online nominations from the public, targeting vulnerable individuals across Ikorodu Federal Constituency.
The distribution took place today, Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Ikorodu Federal Constituency’s Office, Plot 48, Ebute-Igbogbo Road, off Sholebo Gate, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria, to improve the quality of life in the Ikorodu Division.
This month’s edition (February) was distributed randomly throughout the division to assist the elderly, widows, and physically challenged individuals.
In an interview with several beneficiaries, they expressed their gratitude to Rep. Benson for including them in the food item distribution and offered prayers for his continued success.
