Ikorodu LGA APC-Justice Forum group held a ward meeting on Monday, February 24, 2025, at the Solomade Estate political gathering space on Solomade Palace Street in Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria.
The purpose of the meeting was to inform and educate grassroots political members and aspirants of the ruling party about the process for the 2025 Local Government elections.
Despite the consideration of twenty-three (23) political aspirants as official APC candidates by the party leaders, the meeting aimed to clarify the election procedures for these bonafide APC primary election candidates.
The contestants representing the All Progressives Party have all been deemed competent; however, only one will be selected as the party’s flag bearer.
This statement was made by APC Party Chieftain, Pa Lamidi Folorunsho, Ikorodu LGA, APC-Justice Forum Group Leader, to assess the rules and regulations of the ruling party for promoting peaceful coexistence.

The aspirants contesting for the position of Executive Chairman of Ikorodu Local Government were in attendance, along with the Ikorodu-Central divisional geopolitical ward councilorship aspirants, to witness the political ruling party’s guidelines.
Among the attendees were Hon. Prince Gbadebo Taofeek Oluwafemi, FCNA; Hon. Bisoro Olowoshago; Hon. Babawale Alogba, FCA; Hon. Idowu Alli;
and the councilorship aspirants, including Hon. Arc. Kara Mojeed, who is aspiring for the Ward D councillor position, as well as Hon. Onafowokan and others.
